Backyard yoga

Gather a group of friends (4-10 is best) and create a custom camp that works for your schedule and interests. 


This is an awesome summertime opportunity for friends to get together and have fun outdoors all while moving their bodies, having mindful moments, and tapping into creativity.

Haley brings all the craft supplies, games, and activities. You supply the space and students. 

Camps can run 2-5 days/week, open to ages 5-teens

Classes can be 45-90 minutes long and scheduled once weekly for a 4-6 week-long session or as a one-off, open to all ages/family-style

These classes are also great for birthday parties! Think fun themes like unicorns, dinosaurs, dolls, princesses, outer-space, under the sea, etc. Each birthday party package includes movement, game, and a craft, and are tailored to your party's age group, theme, and location.

9:30 - journal/drawing, meditation, breathwork

10:00 - movement - warm ups/sun salutations

10:30 - snacktime, mindfulness activity 

11:00 - craft

11:30 - movement - learn specific postures/alignment

12:00 - lunchtime 

12:30 - game

1:00 - craft

1:30 - movement 

2:00 - calm down, guided meditation, breathwork

2:30 - pack up 

Morning Camp:

9:45 - movement - warmups/sun salutations/songs

10:15 - game

10:45 - snacktime, mindfulness activity 

11:15 - craft

11:45 - movement

12:15 - calm down, guided meditation, breathwork

12:30 - pack up
