Mini Yogis - Parent/Child Yoga - Fall

This high-energy yoga class introduces children and parents to mindfulness, meditation, and yoga postures, and is based in fun and dramatic play. Enjoy music, games, themes, and stories while practicing bodily awareness and breathing techniques. It is quality bonding time and stress-relief for the whole family! Session 1 will be held outdoors at Louisville Arboretum (next to the skate park), and Session 2 will be held indoors at the Louisville Rec Center. Please bring yoga mats or towels. Both parent and child(ren) must register in advance with the Louisville Rec Center - Class #32105

It is the perfect opportunity for family bonding, while enjoying music, games, crafts, and play. Students will also learn bodily awareness and breathing techniques - skills that can be transported off the mat and used at home. No yoga experience
required. Please bring water bottles and yoga mats.

Little Yogis - Yoga, Mindfulness, & Art

Children will learn the fundamentals of yoga postures, mindfulness, and meditation through fun! Each class will include journaling, games, music, movement, art, breathing, and meditation. Children will learn about their bodies and emotions while practicing peace and kindness - skills that can be transported off the mat and used in everyday life. It is both high-energy and calm, and total stress-relief! Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat.

School Day Out Camps - Yoga, Mindfulness, & Art

This camp introduces children to the fundamentals of yoga postures, mindfulness, and meditation. It fosters bodily and social awareness, refines gross motor skills, and cultivates inner peace. Classes incorporate music, games, and crafts. It is full of fun, and total stress relief! Children will learn skills that can be transported off the mat and into everyday life. Please send your child to class with a water bottle, yoga mat, and a small nut-free snack.
